Agreement

By creating an account or using our AI dance video generator (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service turns a photo you upload into a short vertical dance video based on a dance template you choose. Results are generated by AI and may vary. We do not guarantee that every photo will produce a usable video.

Independent fan tool

The Service is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, record label, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Generated videos do not include music.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use from every person shown in them. You must not upload:

• photos of public figures, celebrities or politicians;
• photos of anyone under 18;
• photos of a person who has not agreed to be animated;
• nude, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.

You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited license to store and process them, including through our AI provider, solely to create your videos and operate the Service.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service or its videos to impersonate, harass, defame, deceive or sexualize anyone, to create misleading content about real people, to violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property, or to break any law. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Generated videos

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you may download and share the videos you create, including on social media. You are responsible for how you use and share them. Because results are generated by AI, similar videos may be created for other users.

Credits and payments

• Videos are paid for with credits. Current costs are shown before you generate (for example 10 credits for a 5-second video and 15 credits for a 10-second video).
• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Purchased credits are valid for 180 days from purchase and then expire.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not redeemable for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
• If a generation fails, the credits used for it are refunded to your balance automatically.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, templates or prices. Price changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
