Refund Policy

How refunds work for credit packs and failed video generations.

Last updated: 2026-10-21

Failed generations are refunded automatically

If a video fails to generate for any reason (for example the AI cannot animate the photo, or the job times out), the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us. The video will show as Failed · Credits refunded in My Creations.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription and no automatic renewal, so you will never be charged again unless you buy another pack.

You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once credits from a pack have been used to generate a video, that purchase is no longer refundable, because the AI processing costs have already been incurred.

When we may refund outside these rules

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • A technical problem on our side prevented you from using the Service and we could not fix it.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Results you don't like

Because results are generated by AI, they can vary from photo to photo. A successfully generated video is not refundable just because you don't like the result. Tips for better results: use a clear, well-lit, vertical photo that shows the whole body, one person or pet per photo.

Expired credits

Credits expire 180 days after purchase. Expired credits cannot be refunded or restored.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the support email shown in the site footer, from the email address on your account, and include your order number (found under Settings → Payments). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Credits from a refunded pack are removed from your balance.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues quickly, and chargebacks may lead to the account being suspended while the dispute is open.
