Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our AI dance video generator (the "Service"), how we use it and the choices you have. We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to turn your photo into a dance video and run your account.

Information we collect

1. Account information: your name, email address and sign-in details when you create an account or sign in with a third-party provider such as Google.
2. Photos you upload: the image you provide to create a video.
3. Generated videos: the dance videos created from your photos and the template and length you chose.
4. Payment information: purchases are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal). We receive the order status, amount and a reference ID. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address and similar technical data used for security, abuse prevention and improving the Service.

How we use your photos

Your photo is used only to create the video you asked for. To do so it is sent, together with the selected dance reference clip, to our AI video provider, which processes it on our behalf. We do not:

• publish your photos or videos, or show them to other users;
• sell your photos, videos or personal information;
• use your photos to identify you or to build facial recognition profiles.

Your uploads and videos are stored in your private My Creations library so you can download them again. You can delete a video at any time from My Creations.

Your responsibilities

You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use from everyone shown in them. Photos of public figures and of anyone under 18 are not allowed. See our Terms of Service.

How we use other information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process purchases, grant credits and send receipts.
• To refund credits automatically when a generation fails.
• To answer support requests.
• To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it: cloud hosting and storage, AI video processing, payment processing, email delivery and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept so you can access them in My Creations until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the support details on our website. You can delete individual videos yourself in My Creations.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and photos of minors may not be uploaded.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
